Our journey started with the notion of re defining the wine industry in tune with our everyday lifestyles, by creating a new category of wine, a zero sugar category of wine.

We wanted to create a wine that would embody our modern, healthier way of life, without compromising on quality or taste.

We are passionate about empowering wine-lovers with new alternatives so they can choose the best option for their lifestyle and solve the common dilemma between pleasure and guilt.

WINE INNOVATION - ZERO SUGAR WINE

Blending Old and New to create unique experiences that make Wine History.

By combining innovative and traditional techniques in our wine fermentation process, our expert winemakers transform all natural sugars into alcohol. All PURE the Winery Zero Sugar wines contain 0 sugar, 0 carbs and less calories (58Kcal per 100ml), are vegan and contain less sulphites normally found in most other wines and have 10.5% ABV making them a truly pioneering alcoholic beverage.

We are proud that PURE the Winery Zero Sugar wines were the first range of wine in the world to completely remove residual sugars normally found in wine, without compromising on taste.

Our carefully curated blends feature only the finest grapes, including Pinot Noir, Pinot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Barbera, and Merlot, which are masterfully crafted by our experienced winemakers in one of Italy's most prestigious wine regions, Piedmont.

We offer a range of zero sugar wine varieties to suit any occasion including Zero Sugar Red, Zero Sugar White, Zero Sugar Sparkling White, Zero Sugar Sparkling Rosé, and our newest member, our Zero Sugar Rosé (made from grapes from Provence).
