PURE The Winery white wine is made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. PURE is made by combining traditional and innovative techniques in the wine fermentation process, whereby all natural sugars are converted into alcohol. It has an alcohol content comparable to that of other wines (10.5% Vol). This white variety combines floral and fruity nuances. The wine is full-bodied and fresh, leaving a pleasant, slightly acidic taste in the mouth.
